Summary of Position

Teladoc Health’s internship program allows students to gain hands-on experience by applying their academic curriculum to real-world situations. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and innovative people to join our Internship Program. Interns will receive valuable training and mentoring to support their professional growth, develop marketable skills, and learn about Teladoc Health’s business and the healthcare industry. This is a paid opportunity, in which interns will be assigned projects and tasks relevant to Teladoc Health’s current business needs. Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, the Accounting & Finance internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and FP&A, offering an opportunity for professional development and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare variance account analysis and related schedules

• Assist with monthly financial statements and reporting

• Assist in billings and collections

• Assist with account reclassifications, account reconciliations and accruals.

• Assist with monthly revenue forecasting and analyzing forecast to budget

Qualifications Expected for Position

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a major in Accounting or Finance

• Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Superior interpersonal skills, communication skills (oral and written) and takes initiative

• Organized and able to effectively prioritize to meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
