Summary of Position
Teladoc Health’s internship program allows students to gain hands-on experience by applying their academic curriculum to real-world situations. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and innovative people to join our Internship Program. Interns will receive valuable training and mentoring to support their professional growth, develop marketable skills, and learn about Teladoc Health’s business and the healthcare industry. This is a paid opportunity, in which interns will be assigned projects and tasks relevant to Teladoc Health’s current business needs, supporting commercial strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial strategy team, contributing to the development and execution of initiatives that drive business growth and market expansion for our Canadian business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
Business Intelligence: Assist in gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and finance
Presentation: Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to internal and/or external stakeholders.

Qualifications Expected for Position
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with ambiguity. Ability to develop and apply frameworks to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
This internship is based out of our Toronto office, with an expectation of working on‑site 1–2 days per week during the internship term.
