About the Role

Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher 

 *All candidates must already have the above clearance listed. All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain their current clearance and any clearance level designated by Montcure at any given time, during their employment.

Job Summary: 

Assist with daily office tasks, data entry, managing documents and supporting the internal operations by supporting behind-the-scenes efficiency of the company, streamlining workflows, assisting with documentation of processes and managing projects. Candidates must collaborate with cross-functional teams, assisting with administrative tasks and producing reports as needed. This role offers hands-on experiences in business operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry 
  • Ability to analyze data and improve process 
  • Process documentation 
  • Strong verbal and written skills; ability to draft new policies 
  • Ability to work in a fast base environment 
  • Reconciling accounts 


Qualifications: 

 Education: Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited college, with a degree focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Human Resources.  Must have completed at least 1 year of college with a 4.0 GPA. 

Experience

  • Must have previous experience in a leadership role 

Job Type: Intern - Hourly 

Salary Range: $20 per/hour
