About the Role

AI Accelerator Program (Curriculum & Operations) Summer Intern

Overview: 

Pacvue launching the Generative AI Student Accelerator Program, a first-of-its-kind program designed to teach high school & college students how to use AI to create real advertising campaigns for real brands. 

We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial student with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to help design and run the inaugural accelerator program. This intern will work closely with Pacvue leadership and industry experts to build the curriculum, coordinate speakers, and help execute a 3-week AI marketing accelerator for high school and college students this summer 

This is a unique opportunity to help build a new program from the ground up while gaining exposure to AI, generative creative tools, retail media, brand marketing, and industry leaders. 

Project Scope 

  • Help design the curriculum and structure leaning on identified experts for a 3-week AI-powered marketing accelerator focused on creative advertising and retail media. 
  • Work with industry experts to incorporate real-world marketing insights into the program. 
  • Package curriculum content into clear learning modules, presentations, and student guides. 
  • Assist with program planning and coordination, including scheduling speakers, organizing materials, and preparing session content. 
  • Support the live execution of the accelerator program, helping facilitate student projects and presentations. 
  • Leverage social media to amplify the program (must be literate in social media marketing) 

Deliverables/Milestones 

  • Develop a structured 3-week program curriculum, including weekly themes, learning modules, and speaker sessions. 
  • Package curriculum materials including slides, workshop guides, brand briefs, and student resources. 
  • Coordinate and confirm guest speakers and industry experts contributing to the program. 
  • Help launch and facilitate the 3-week accelerator program, supporting student engagement and logistics. 
  • Compile program outputs including student presentations, creative portfolios, and program recap materials. 
  • Deliver a final program playbook and recommendations to help scale the accelerator in future years. 
  • Leverage social media to amplify the program.

Learning Objectives 

  • Gain exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, including generative AI creative workflows and prompt engineering. 
  • Learn how retail media and digital advertising ecosystems work across platforms like Amazon. 
  • Develop skills in program design, curriculum development, and event execution. 
  • Build professional experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic marketing programs. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Interest in social media marketing and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with generative AI and creative tools
  • Strong written communication and content development skills
  • Ability to help build and organize curriculum or learning materials
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Creative thinker with an interest in marketing and branding

 

Location/Time Zone Preference: Seattle, Washington. Our office is located at 1201 2nd Ave, Ste 1950 Seattle, WA 98101

This is an hourly, hybrid summer internship for college students, offering up to 35 hours per week at a rate of $20 per hour.
This role is available for our 9-week summer cohort running from June 15 - August 14.
