Engagement & Development Summer Intern
Overview:
Project Scope
In this role, you will take ownership of scoping and executing a high-impact AI initiative from concept to prototype. You’ll evaluate potential opportunities, prioritize a solution, and independently develop a functional prototype for internal rollout, gaining hands-on experience delivering practical AI applications in a real business environment.
Deliverables/Milestones
- Milestone 1: Onboarding and scoping of work
- Milestone 2: Creating prototype
- Milestone 3: Confirming application impact through testing and validating through measurement
- Milestone 4: Introduction/launch
Learning Objectives
- Excellent opportunity for a student to experience how AI can automate and create streamlined and improvement of services for an HR function
- Will provide exposure to HR and how automation is creating innovation and transforming the function
- Intern will also learn about process analysis, presentation skills and recommendation creation
Location/Time Zone Preference: United States
This is an hourly, remote summer internship for college students, offering up to 35 hours per week at a rate of $20 per hour. Pacvue’s internship program runs across two 9-week cohorts, and candidates may choose the option that best fits their schedule:
Cohort 1 (May 18 – July 17) or Cohort 2 (June 15 – August 14).
