About the Role

Siamo alla ricerca, per la nostra sede di Milano, di Junior Client Advisor da inserire in stage all'interno del team Claims

Si tratta di un ruolo ibrido che richiede di lavorare almeno tre giorni a settimana in ufficio.

Contiamo su di te per:

  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti e fungere da punto di contatto primario per le esigenze quotidiane;

  • Fornire supporto e assistenza ai Clienti, anche telefonica, in merito ai piani sanitari ed alle coperture assicurative loro dedicate

  • Gestione dell’intero processo di un sinistro: dalla denuncia alla compagnia assicurativa, alla gestione della documentazione, al rapporto con i vari periti / legali e altri interlocutori, fino alla liquidazione.

  • Valutare l’ammissibilità di indennizzo attraverso un’analisi dettagliata della polizza in termini di garanzie, clausole, condizioni e regolarità amministrativa

  • Comprendere e supportare sulle mutevoli condizioni del mercato assicurativo e della gestione del rischio;

  • Controllo e monitoraggio dell’applicazione delle procedure in conformità con le necessità e procedure aziendali e aggiornamento delle fasi di reportistica;

  • Collaborare attivamente al miglioramento dei processi e delle procedure di gestione dei sinistri, assistenza clienti, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare l'efficienza operativa e la soddisfazione dei cliente.

Requisiti:   

  • Laureando/Laureato in discipline Economiche, Giuridiche, delle Scienze Politiche, Sociali o delle Relazioni Internazionali o affini;

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) oltre che di quella italiana (C1);

  • Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici;
