This is an hourly, non‑benefit‑eligible position, ideal for students pursuing an engineering degree who are eager to learn and grow in a professional consulting setting.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your assigned practice (Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Structural), you may:
Support project teams with engineering and technical tasks.
Assist with research, calculations, and basic design support under the supervision of engineers.
Help prepare drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Assist with code compliance reviews.
Participate in project meetings, coordination efforts, and occasional site visits.
Organize and manage project files in accordance with company standards.
Complete other tasks as needed to support project delivery and team success.
What You’ll Bring
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program related to Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural engineering.
- Completion of at least two years of coursework toward your degree.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
- Professional, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Hourly, temporary/seasonal
- Schedule: This is an hourly position. Weekly hours may vary depending on project workload and business needs, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Benefits: This position is not eligible for company benefits
- Location: Minneapolis, MN
- Work Arrangement: This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for hybrid work arrangements, unless approved by supervisor.
