What You Would Get To Do

The overall purpose of this job is to support the Learning and Development team in designing, developing, and delivering training programs to improve the performance of individuals within FIRST.

Your Contributions

  • Assist in the design and development of training materials and resources for learning and development programs.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
  • Help organize and coordinate logistics for training events and activities, including booking venues and managing participant registrations.
  • Conduct research on new learning and development trends and best practices to contribute new ideas for program enhancement.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining learning management systems and databases with training materials and participant records.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and responding to internal inquiries related to training programs.

United States Residents: The base pay for this position is $20 - 25/hour.
