What You Would Get To Do

To provide support to the FIRST Learning team in the delivery of various learning initiatives.  You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to learn more about how the Learning team supports our people in being their best and contributing their best work.  You will also assist in learning management administration, including developing internal processes, maintaining the content catalogue, course scheduling and system administration.

Your Contributions

  • Support the Learning team in all training activities, including logistics preparation, attendee/facilitator support, training registration and feedback.
  • Assist with assorted L&D projects & activities, including areas such as scheduling new hire trainings, distribution list maintenance, learning system support & content management.
  • Assist with the management of the Learning & Development calendar and inbox, to ensure all queries are responded to and actioned.
  • Participate in the Internship Program training and events assigned.

United States Residents: The base pay for this position is $20 - 25/hour.
