Lumos is looking for a Customer Experience Intern! If you have a background in Customer Care or are interested in learning about delivering exceptional service while driving performance within the telecom space, we’d love to hear from you!

This program gives students hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the chance to work on projects that shape the future of technology and communications. Interns will collaborate with our teams, learn practical skills, and gain insight into the fiber-optic industry while contributing to meaningful work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in supporting the collection and analysis of customer feedback in the form of surveys.
  • Help the team in identifying trends in relevant customer experience data.
  • Provide general support for ongoing CX initiatives to help drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams on various tasks and basic job duties.

Project’s You’ll Work On:

  • Support the team in identifying and analyzing trends in customer experience feedback and data by reviewing key metrics and contributing to data-driven recommendations that help improve overall customer satisfaction and service performance.
  • Assist in documenting customer pain points and improvement opportunities for our partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience working with data in Excel.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept in critical thinking and problem-solving skills and abilities.

  • A current college student pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving (technical skills may vary by role).
