About the Role

General functions:

  • Prepare and calculate IMSS–Infonavit settlements and support payment documentation with the corresponding validations (Excel reconciliation and IDSE comparison).
  • Review base wages for contribution:
  • Integration factors.
  • Bimonthly variable salaries.
  • Capture Infonavit movements, withholdings, suspensions, and modifications from two sources:
  • Weekly notices sent by the plants.
  • Perform bimonthly reconciliation of Infonavit loans between the internal database and the EBA.
  • Prepare weekly Infonavit refund or adjustment memos for payroll processing, including adjustments for terminated employees.
  • Review, analyze, and resolve payment requirements received by the plants from IMSS and Infonavit or identified through the portal (including assessed capital amounts).
  • Every four months, follow up on occupational risk premium cases to calculate and submit them to IMSS.
  • In February, calculate and submit the annual determination of the occupational risk premium.
  • Perform any other work-related activities associated with the position and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Active student in the final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic labor and social security concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Preferably, experience with IDSE, SUA, and Sipare platforms.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday (7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).
  • Must have a valid tax identification number (RFC).
