About the Role

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

 

Position Summary

Young & Franklin Tactair is seeking an HR intern. This is an on-site position flexible to your academic commitments, with the goal of being as close to full time as possible during the summer and part time during the academic year.

 

Responsibilities may include

  • Assist with training administration using ADP’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assist with recruiting, contacting candidates, scheduling and following up with offers
  • Conduct compensation structure benchmarking
  • Audit employee files for required policy acknowledgements
  • Assist with internal HR Audit
  • Other Duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience

  • This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.
  • Active college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, leadership or a related field
  • Strong listening, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with basic project management, i.e. identifying project milestones, overcoming obstacles, and managing the project to conclusion
  • Self starter

  • The primary environment of this position is the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and proper footwear.
