About the Role

Job Summary:

As an Innovation Intern, you will be responsible for helping the innovation team analyze and report on innovation projects, pilots and new business opportunities that align with our growth strategies and business initiatives. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching innovation projects

  • Prepare and gather research findings to present to the innovation team

  • Learn and grow your understanding of the energy industry

Required Skills:

  • Excel skills (business case and financial modeling, Vlookups, pivot tables)

  • Willingness to learn and develop new tools and better ways of doing business 

  • Exceptional organizational skills, basic document management skills, technologically savvy, an acute attention to detail, and a passion for a ‘start-up’ culture

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, results oriented

  • Able to adapt, grow and thrive in periods of uncertainty in an ever-changing work environment

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or other applicable fields

  • Energy experience a plus

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.

Salary Range:

$31,200.00 - $62,400.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
