To keep up with our global growth, we are looking for a high-energy Recruiting Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you are a "people person" who loves the thrill of the hunt and wants to learn the inner workings of a fast-growing tech startup, we want to hear from you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-Cycle Support: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating final interviews.
  • Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with top-tier passive candidates for sales, tech, and operations roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and high-volume phone screens to assess culture fit and basic qualifications.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every applicant.
  • Employer Branding: Help brainstorm and execute initiatives that make OneLocal the employer of choice in the SaaS space.
  • Data Integrity: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up-to-date to ensure accurate hiring metrics.



What You Bring

  • Educational Background: Recent graduate or current student in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • The "Hustle" Factor: A proactive, results-driven mindset; you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or try new ways to find talent.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills—you’ll be the first point of contact for many potential hires.
  • Organization: The ability to juggle multiple calendars and candidate pipelines without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning new software quickly (experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus!).
