About the Role

Du interessierst dich für Chemie und willst wissen, wie Farben entstehen und getestet werden? Dann ist unsere Ausbildung zum Lacklaboranten (m/w/d) in Merzig genau das Richtige für dich!

Bei uns lernst du, wie neue Lacke und Beschichtungen entwickelt werden – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt. In unserem internationalen Forschungsteam (R&D) arbeitest du mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und wirst während deiner Ausbildung von einem persönlichen Mentor begleitet. Du wirst praktische Fähigkeiten erlernen, eine Berufsschule besuchen und eine Karierre in einer zukunftsorientierten Industrie aufbauen.

  • Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung und Prüfung von Lacken und Farben
  • Proben vorbereiten und im Labor analysieren
  • Ergebnisse dokumentieren und einfache Berichte erstellen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachleuten aus Forschung und Produktion
  • Projektarbeit kennenlernen
  • Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften beachten

🎓 Deine Ausbildung

  • Duales System: praktische Ausbildung im Betrieb & Unterricht in der Berufsschule
  • Dauer: 3,5 Jahre (Verkürzung möglich)
  • Fester Mentor zur Unterstützung während der gesamten Ausbildung
  • Regelmäßiges Feedback und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
