Franchise Management is responsible for creating and executing strategies that evolve TV IP into dynamic, branded ecosystems that engage fans through multimedia, products, experiences, and social formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aid the new team in project management
  • Support in setting up mechanisms to drive efficiency and streamline our process
  • Maintain and update sales materials, property decks, and one sheets built in Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including capturing detailed meeting notes, synthesizing key takeaways into clear executive-ready recaps, and driving timely follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress against action items.
  • Proactively manage deadlines, facilitating summarizing of meeting notes and anticipating needs from leadership team.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Airtable for data management, tracking, and workflow optimization
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint for document management and collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Keynote
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22.00/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
