About the Role


Join the Pak as a Transportation Sales Intern

Location: St. Paul, MN
Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday

Employment Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 10 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 14, 2026)
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Transportation Sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives and conducting market research on industry trends. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, understanding their transportation needs, and presenting tailored solutions.


Responsibilities:

During your internship, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team with key initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting sales initiatives through presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
  • Conducting market research on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
  • Managing customer relationship databases and tracking sales leads.
  • Analyzing sales data to generate reports and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Researching prospective clients and supporting lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborating on special projects with the Sales Team to enhance strategy and business development.


Expectations & Requirements:

  • Maintain a full-time commitment during the internship period.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Be proactive in learning and adapting to a fast-paced sales environment.


What You Bring to the Pak

  • Experience: Sales/business club experience preferred
  • Education: Must be a graduating senior to be considered for the internship program, business degrees/programs preferred
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets/project deadlines
    • Interest in sales or the transportation industry preferred
