About the Role

- Support the S&T teams on various ongoing projects (strategy, corporate development, CEO Office, business transformation)
- For the team to access a pool of potential future employees from the soon-to-graduate batch of students

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

In the Corporate Development, Strategy and Transformation team, you may be involved in:

  • Conduct industry, market, and competitor research, including market sizing, to identify and assess trends and growth opportunities

  • Support internal and external data gathering, analysis, and synthesis, translating insights into clear reports and dashboards

  • Apply structured problem‑solving skills to support project activities, including data analysis and initiative tracking

  • Develop and maintain internal databases and dashboards to support analytics and decision‑making

  • Support management communications through content research and development of initial key messages for internal and external use

  • Support the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including M&A, commercial partnerships, and strategic investments

  • Assist in financial and commercial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation support, business case development, and due diligence activities

  • Prepare executive‑level materials and support workshops and cross‑functional projects in collaboration with teams such as Finance, Legal, Product, Distribution, and Operations
     

What you will need:

  • Undergraduate students (or above) from Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines, preferably in your penultimate year of study

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and curiosity to learn

  • Ability to multi‑task, adapt quickly, and work in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Strong digital literacy required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Working knowledge of AI and generative AI tools is an advantage

  • Proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
