We now have the opportunity for a Quality Intelligence Analyst to join the Technology HUB in Spain. We are looking for a highly driven, talented and experienced Engineer who can transform data and metrics into actionable insights to drive quality decisions and enable improvements and optimization in the teams. 

Someone ready to become an application owner. 

Responsibilities will include:  

• Analyze quality metrics (defects, coverage, flakiness, MTTR, pipelines) and detect relevant patterns. 

• Create clear and actionable dashboards in Power BI with practical insights for IT and the quality community. 

• Build storytelling based on metrics to understand the impact of quality and efficiency. 

• Translate findings into recommendations and concrete actions to improve quality processes and practices. 

• Collaborate with functional QA, seniors, and service management to contextualize results. 

• Identify new metrics based on findings and efficiency needs. 

• Support the construction of clear and measurable ROIs for quality initiatives. 

Location Working under a Hybrid Model, you’ll work from home and at our Alicante offices. 

Candidate profile Experiences and Qualifications We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals. As result, we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will combine great time management skills as well as an analytical mind-set. The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as operational enabler. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Mid–Senior (5–8 years) of provable experience in IT. 

• High level of English (B2 or higher). 

• Experience in Node.js for ETL data manipulation. 

• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and metric visualization. 

• Knowledge of MongoDB and queries for data extraction and transformation. 

• Experience in QA and software quality metrics. 

• Intermediate knowledge of AI applied to metric construction and decision making. 

Will be a plus:  

• Knowledge in other data analysis languages (Python, R, advanced SQL). 

• Experience with other observability and metrics tools. 

• Experience in transversal software environments and strategic QA. 

• Knowledge in data engineering applied to quality.
