About the Role

What will you do?

  • Daily Operational support, Case and Data management, Internal User support, SLA & Quality compliance, Documentation & knowledge base maintenance

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Knowledge of CRM’s, Familiarity with Internal support platforms (ServiceNow), Understanding of internal processes, clear communication in English language, Analytical thinking to diagnose complex permission and workflow issues, Organization and time‑management to meet SLAs

Who will you report to?

  • This role reports directly to the Support Manager Severo Carranza Rodríguez.

 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Intermediate–advanced English (necessary for global coordination), currently studying Engineering, Systems, IT, or a related field (preferred), Experience creating or maintaining documentation (KBA’s)
