About the Role
The HR Intern supports key HR functions across recruitment, learning & development, compensation, general administration, and HR-led events, contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and internal programs within the organization.

1) Recruitment Support

  • Support interview scheduling, document handling, job posting updates, and applicant communication.

2) Learning & Development Support

  • Assist in onboarding and employee training operations, manage attendance, and prepare training materials.

3) Compensation & Attendance Support

  • Collect and organize attendance, overtime, and pay‑related data for HR compensation processes.

4) General Administration Support

  • Manage office supplies, organize documents and contracts, and support overall administrative tasks within the office.

5) HR-led Event & Program Support

  • Assist with planning and executing HR-led events and internal programs, including logistics coordination, communication support, and on-site operational assistance.
