About the Role
- Identify and groom potential talents on Compliance and Operations aspects- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau Compliance function and the basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch
- Contributes to Macau Compliance and Operations departments by providing comprehensive administrative supports to the departments in supporting a smooth running of daily Operations.
Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Compliance Department, you may be involved in
Compliance
Collaborate with Operations Department to perform administrative assignment for handle court case and general enquiries from Macau government bodies
Relevant correspondence preparation and follow up
Provide administrative support for the department’s record management function
Handle any ad hoc assignments to support team members of Macau Compliance department
Operations
Perform daily document scanning and keeping / filing
General correspondence preparation to Macau agency
Correspondence and documents distribution to Macau agency
Provide clerical support and perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
What you will need:
University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 major in Law, Finance or Business
Good team player, effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized and analytical thinking-driven
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
PC knowledge and Chinese input is a must.
Others:
You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
