1, 利用模型拼搭、粘接和组装方法的知识，以便根据Brick Builder软件拼成乐高3D模型。

2, 注重团队合作，尊重和宽容其他同事。

3, 遵循质量管理体系及环境与安全法规的要求，并遵循乐高集团的适用法规和规则。使用规定的防护用品。

4, 在乐高模型拼搭师的监督下持续改善基础技能,工作质量和效率.

5, 表现出按时、保质保量完成分配任务的愿望.

6, 总是代表乐高价值观和及公司立场。
