Core Responsibilities
The role involves providing operational support to HR Business Partners across the full spectrum of modern personnel work, including managing personnel recruiting for students and independently looking after students at the location. Additionally, the intern will assist in planning and organizing student internships and various topics related to commercial training and development, as well as participating in university marketing activities.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Operative Unterstützung der HR Business Partner:innen im gesamten Spektrum der modernen Personalarbeit  
  • Ganzheitlich umsetzen: Mitarbeit im Personalrecruiting für Studierende sowie selbstständige Betreuung der Studierenden am Standort
  • In die Praxis eintauchen: Sie unterstützen bei der Planung und Organisation von Schülerpraktika sowie bei diversen Themen im Bereich kaufmännische Aus- und Weiterbildung                
  • Kreativität und Freiraum nutzen: Sie wirken bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung unserer Hochschulmarketingaktivitäten (Exkursionen, Hochschulmessen) mit                           

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Sie sind Student:in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Qualifikation: Sie sind vertraut mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Arbeitsweise: Sie zeichnen sich durch Eigeninitiative und eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Persönlichkeit: Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab

Beginn: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Dauer: 5 - 6 Monate
