Summer Internship – Marketing and Communications
Location: Irving, TX (On-Site)
Duration: 10–12 weeks | Summer 2026
Type: Full‑time Internship
Eligible Majors: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields

About the Role
We are seeking creative, driven, and people‑oriented students to join our team for a hands‑on summer internship experience. Interns will have opportunities to support projects that enhance brand visibility, employee engagement, communication strategies, and HR operations. This role is ideal for students who are curious, collaborative, and excited to gain real‑world exposure in marketing, communications, or human resources.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Communications Focus
- Support development of marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital storytelling.
- Assist with email marketing, website updates, and analytics reporting.
- Conduct market research, audience insights gathering, and competitive analysis.
- Help create and edit content for internal and external communications (blogs, newsletters, presentations).
- Contribute to branding consistency and creation of marketing collateral.
- Participate in planning promotional events, community engagement, or recruitment marketing efforts.
- Support campus recruiting marketing and employer‑branding initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, collaborate, and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience with graphic design, social media management, or content creation
- Familiarity with HR systems, CRM or marketing software, or project management tools
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles or HR fundamentals
- Comfort analyzing data or interpreting engagement metrics
