General Experience:

Experience obtained through U.S. Navy service in damage control, emergency response, and/or inventory accountability functions. Experience may include participation in shipboard drills, locker inventories, maintenance readiness checks, training support, or safety program execution. Civilian experience is not required; equivalent military training and practical application satisfy this requirement.

Functional Responsibility:

Participates in supervised training activities designed to translate Navy damage control and shipboard inventory experience into civilian maritime and defense logistics contexts. Functional responsibilities are training-focused and may include observation, assisted analysis, guided simulations, documentation review, and development of training materials under direct supervision.
