Support end to end supply chain operations to improve, service, cost, quality, and performance. This role focuses on performance monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement, using dashboards and lean principles to increase visibility, improve decision making, and reduce waste.
You will partner with sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, service, and finance teams to align KPIs, identify performance gaps, and support improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with supply chain, operations, and business teams to set performance priorities and drive improvement using lean principles
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for service, inventory, cost, quality, and productivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead and support regular performance reviews with clear, actionable insights
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies
- Lead cross‑functional improvement projects across planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, finance and logistics
- Identify supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and support mitigation actions
- Collaborate with digital and IT teams to improve data quality, automation, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with digital and IT teams to improve the efficiency of the tools
- Standardize metrics, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent execution
- Support change management and communication to ensure sustainable improvements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and creating clear, actionable dashboards
