Your seat to fill:

• You prepare and coordinate periodic reports for the Project Management and PMO team
• You compile and analyze project data to provide clear status visibility
• You maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, and action lists
• You keep project documentation and files organized and up to date
• You track open tasks and follow up with stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables
• You support daily PMO operational and process‑related activities
• You assist in improving PMO templates, tools, and working procedures
• You liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to align on various tasks

Your Stroll to Cybex:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• You bring initial practical experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or a similar analytical/organizational role, which is a plus
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret project data
• You show high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• You demonstrate a proactive, reliable, and structured working style with a hands‑on mentality
• You possess strong communication skills and confidence in working with cross‑functional stakeholders
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., data analysis, reporting, dashboards) 
• You have an interest in process optimization, reporting structures, and PMO best practices
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
