Loan Servicing Intern

Overview: TruNorth Bank is interested in opening its doors to promising, future leaders through a paid, summer internship program. We will be accepting a limited number of applicants to assist with short-term projects and miscellaneous duties throughout various departments within our organization. This will begin on June 1, 2026 and run through July 31, 2026.

Location: Holbrook or Randolph

Loan Servicing interns will gain:

• Insight Into Shared Service Support fundamentals
• Exposure to Applications used by departments across the organization
• Interaction with internal staff
• Understanding of regulatory and policy compliance with federal requirements

Sample tasks for Loan Servicing may include the following:

• Scan and Index legacy loan documents 
• Process paperwork and input tickler data in the COCC system
• Actively take Servicing department Calls
• Accurately process a wide array of loan related transactions
• Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
