Overview: TruNorth Bank is interested in opening its doors to promising, future leaders through a paid, summer internship program. We will be accepting a limited number of applicants to assist with short-term projects and miscellaneous duties throughout various departments within our organization. This will begin on June 1, 2026 and run through July 31, 2026.
Sample tasks for Commercial Credit may include the following:
- Spreading financial statements
- Assisting in maintenance of financial statement tracking
- Reviewing financials and assisting with credit analysis documentation
- Scanning and/or indexing incoming financial information
- Quality controlling audits of financial documents
- Assisting in preparing credit reviews
- Spreading and making interpretive analysis of financial statements
- Reporting overall credit quality and making updated assessment of financial condition with the goal of recommending and supporting internal risk rating recommendations
- Capstone-style final project
All summer interns may also participate in the following events and/or meetings:
- Industry specific conferences
- Participate in department specific meetings and/or corporate events with bank officers and executives
- Other events/meetings to be defined
- Meetings with management level mentor throughout internship
