Artist Relations Intern - Austin, Summer 2026

GigFinesse’s premium MAINLINE division specializes in booking world-class, agency-represented talent for private events, corporate functions, and high-profile conferences. We work closely with top artists, agents, and clients to curate unforgettable live experiences at the highest level.

We’re seeking an Artist Relations Intern for Summer 2026 to join our Austin-based MAINLINE team. This role offers an inside look into the premium live events industry. You’ll assist the team in sourcing and building relationships with musicians, speakers, and other forms of entertainment, ensuring we provide exceptional options tailored to each client’s needs.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, professional in communication, and passionate about live music, private events, and high-caliber performances. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes on exceptional, high-touch events while learning the ins and outs of agency-level artist management in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing new artists to the MAINLINE platform
  • Help manage relationships with MAINLINE artists
  • Attend MAINLINE shows, assisting with event setup

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for live music
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently
  • Skill in leveraging personal networks
  • Ability to commit at about 15 hours per week
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
