About the Role

Soporte y optimización en los procesos de Atracción del Talento, Selección, Desarrollo y Capacitación.


Who we are looking for

  • Soporte en las estrategias de atracción y selección del talento con universidades e institutos.
  • Manejo del proceso de reclutamiento, selección y contratación.
  • Soporte en el levantamiento de necesidades de como parte del Plan anual de Capacitación y en los proyectos transversales de formación de equipos.
  • Llevar a cabo el proceso de on boarding de inicio a fin, seguimiento y soporte en todo el proceso y medición de la satisfacción.
  • Manejo de indicadores del proceso de selección, desarrollo y capacitación, entre otros. 



What you will do

  • Estudiante de últimos ciclos o egresado(a) universitario de las carreras de Psicología, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.  
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en atracción del talento o capacitación.
  • Experiencia manejando indicadores.
  • Excel intermedio.
  • Ingles Intermedio (Deseable)
