Your Role at impact.com:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and purpose-driven Sustainability Intern to join our team at Impact.com. With a wide range of exciting projects currently underway - including supplier sustainability assessments, carbon footprint reporting, sustainability education, employee engagement initiatives, and platform innovation - this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and ESG strategy.

You'll work closely with our Sustainability Program Manager, supporting the implementation and coordination of our green goals, while helping to drive engagement and meaningful impact across the business.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing our sustainability initiatives, such as:
  
  

  • EcoVadis Corrective Action Plans
    
    

  • CDP submission preparation
    
    

  • Supplier LOCT training engagement
    
    

  • Carbon offsetting and emissions reporting
    
    

• Support with internal awareness campaigns (e.g. Earth Day, beach Clean Ups, etc.)
  
  

• Help coordinate sustainability data collection and analysis across departments.
  
  

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and research on sustainability trends.
  
  

• Assist in content development for internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  
  

• Help update and track tickets on our sustainability board (Jira).
  
  

• Gain exposure to global sustainability reporting frameworks and supply chain practices.

What You Have:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.

• A strong interest in climate action, ethical business, and sustainable development.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, collaborative tools (Google Workspace), and project management platforms (e.g. Jira or Trello).
  
  

• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks like EcoVadis, CDP, GHG Protocol, or Science-Based Targets is advantageous.
  
  

• Experience running student projects, volunteering, or initiatives related to sustainability.
  
  

• Creative flair for crafting engaging presentations and sustainability content.
