About the Role

About THE rAVe Agency: THE rAVe Agency is a pioneering force in the audiovisual (AV) industry, offering innovative marketing, production, and content solutions. We are committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the success of our sponsors and partners. 

 

Your Role:  We are looking to hire multiple Video Shooters to support coverage for THE rAVe Agency and rAVe [PUBS] at InfoComm 2026, a major industry trade show, by capturing high-quality video content that showcases the latest innovations in the AV industry. Acting as on-the-ground reporters, each video shooter will be assigned a section of the show floor and work directly with exhibitors to film concise product videos and highlight key solutions. This fast-paced, highly interactive role requires strong communication skills and professionalism, with opportunities to collaborate as a team and support broader trade show coverage and logistics.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Attend InfoComm 2026 and represent rAVe [PUBS] professionally on the show floor.
  • Attend in-person pre-show training and preparation meetings.
  • Capture high-quality exhibitor product videos on the trade show floor, following rAVe's structured format.
  • Engage with exhibitors to explain the video process and highlight key products and solutions.
  • Ensure assigned sections of the show floor are thoroughly and accurately covered.
  • Assist with trade show logistics, including equipment setup, testing and teardown.
  • Maintain organization of video files and follow established processes for content submission.
  • Support and maintain brand voice, tone, and style across multiple clients and platforms.
  • Complete a thorough review of the Show Sheet and all relevant reference materials prior to the event, no later than June 10, 2026.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support trade show operations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Available for a virtual all-company logistics meeting on May 13, 2026, from 3:30pm-5:00pm ET.
  • Available for an in-person pre-show training day on June 5, 2026, from 11:30am-3:30pm ET. 
  • Available to travel to Las Vegas, NV, from Monday, June 15, 2026, through Saturday, June 20, 2026.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging with new people.
  • Flexibility to work during the day and evenings throughout the duration of the show.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Comfortable approaching and speaking with exhibitors on the trade show floor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced trade show environment.
  • Strong attention to detail for recording, titling, and submitting videos accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while capturing multiple videos per day.
  • Interest in technology, media production and the AV industry.
  • Previous camera or video experience is a plus, but not required.



Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry boxes or luggage weighing up to approximately 35 pounds, as needed for trade show setup and coverage.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, typically 8+ hours per day, while performing trade show duties.
  • Additional physical tasks may be required to support trade show operations.


Work Environment:

This is a paid internship. Additionally, the company will cover required travel and related business expenses in accordance with company policy. Work will be performed at our office in Chapel Hill, NC and on-site at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas, NV.
