About the Role

Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Mercer. Este puesto estará ubicado en Madrid. Se trata de una beca con un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina con horario flexible.

Esta persona será incorporada en el departamento de eBenefits y desempeñará su puesto dentro del área de Retribución Flexible. Se requiere disponibilidad para jornada completa e incorporación inmediata.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Envío y diseño de comunicados para empleados.

  • Soporte en facturación y pedidos de los beneficios de nuestros Clientes.

  • Informes de adhesión para el área de Consultoría. 

  • Apoyo departamento operaciones en la gestión de consultas y casos.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Técnico FP2 en Administración/ Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similares.

  • Dominio de MS Office (especialmente Excel).

  • Planificación, autonomía y organización.

  • Capacidad para comunicación verbal y escrita en español.

  • Habilidades para el trato con clientes.

  • Nivel de inglés C1.

  • Iniciativa, proactividad, trabajo en equipo, comunicación y compromiso.
