Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and track the progress of work related to the middleware integration application platform to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones

  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in integration processes

  • Proactively monitor the integration platform to anticipate potential issues and ensure system stability and performance

  • Reorganize and maintain documentation for systems and integrations to ensure operational continuity

  • Support the review and enhancement of MuleSoft channel security governance, ensuring APIs adhere to company security standards and industry best practices

  • Assist in the major Central Reservation System (CRS) migration project by helping in user acceptance testing, validating API readiness, and supporting project deliverables

  • Execute API functional and integration testing, including test case creation, test execution, defect documentation, and collaboration with developers to ensure timely releases

  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot API connectivity issues, log errors, and perform root‑cause analysis

  • Help maintain and update API documentation, including interface specifications, security guidelines, and testing processes

  • Support day‑to‑day operational tasks such as monitoring API performance, reviewing logs, and preparing reports for the integration team

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of integration milestones

  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps in testing, documentation, or governance and proposing enhancements

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or any other related disciplines

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, SharePoint and Excel

  • Possess the ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, processes and technologies

  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
