Join Maxis as a Process Improvements (Automation through Gen AI) Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in driving innovation through AI-powered solutions. This role offers exposure to workflow optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of Generative AI in real business processes, providing valuable insights into how technology enhances operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Implementation
Assist the Design & Enablement Head in implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance operational workflows.
Support the deployment and testing of AI initiatives across relevant functions.

2. Workflow Automation & Agent Development
Support the development of AI agents to improve workflows in delivery, billing, and servicing.
Contribute to identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

3. Data Analysis using Generative AI
Utilise Generative AI tools to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Assist in analysing trends and supporting data-driven decision-making.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Development
Develop AI-generated documentation, playbooks, and knowledge artefacts.
Ensure documentation is structured, accurate, and useful for operational teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with various teams to pilot and execute identified improvement initiatives.
Support coordination efforts to ensure smooth implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Value-Added Project

The intern will work on an AI-Driven Process Enhancement project, applying Generative AI tools to analyse workflows in delivery, billing, and servicing. This includes generating insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing practical exposure to real-world AI implementation in business processes.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms)

• Interest in automation, digital transformation, and process improvement

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
