Job Summary 

 

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern to support both the Medical Enrichment Program and the Human Resources team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare programs and HR operations. The intern will collaborate closely with program leaders and HR staff to support student engagement, coordinate program activities, assist with onboarding, and handle daily administrative tasks contributing to a positive experience for both students and staff.




Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Ability to multitask and self-prioritize daily tasks.
  • Customer service skills with all levels of personnel. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and leadership



Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,


Certification(s)/Licensure: None




Key Responsibilities: 


  1. Provide administrative support to the Medical Enrichment Program and Human Resources Department.
  2. Maintain open communication with program leadership, HR staff, and clinic teams.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of Kintegra Health, including employees and students served.
  4. Assist with coordination of the Medical Enrichment Program, including scheduling, orientation, and graduation activities.
  5.  Provide direct support to students during program hours and clinical rotations.
  6.  Monitor student attendance, participation, and engagement.
  7.  Assist with onboarding tasks, data entry, and maintaining records for HR and program participants.
  8. Support scheduling of meetings, training, and program-related activities.
  9. Assist with preparation and distribution of program and HR materials.
  10. Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily operations.
  11. Assist with special projects as assigned.
  12. Other duties as assigned.
