About the Role

 

 

Arbeitsumfeld

Der Bereich PWL-M/B verantwortet die optimale Abwicklung von logistischen Prozessen und Abläufen in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Lager, Montagelinienversorgung sowie Leergutabwicklung zur Materialversorgung des Fahrzeugbaus Wolfsburg sowie angrenzender Gewerke. Die operative Logistik Mitte versorgt die Montagelinien 1 und 4 mit arbeitstäglich ca. 1600 Fahrzeug im Fahrzeugbau. Ebenso gehört die Versorgung des Karosseriebaus sowie die Versorgung aller Montagelinien mit Aggregaten und Getrieben dazu. Dieses umfasst aktuell ca.3200 Fahrzeuge / Arbeitstag. Neben der Lagerhaltung von Standardgrossladungsträgern gehört auch die Lagerung von Gefahrgut, wie Airbags und Hochvoltbatterien zum Aufgabegebiet. Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle

  • Überwachen der logistischen Prozessabläufe in Montage, Karosseriebau sowie den Logistiklagern 
  • Vorbereiten, Umsetzen und Begleiten von Prozessanpassungen im Rahmen von Neuanläufen, Produktänderungen und Modellpflegen
  • Erfassen logistischer Kennzahlen
  • Erarbeiten, Abstimmen und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung und Kostenoptimierung
  • Mitwirken bei der Umsetzung des Volkswagen Produktionssystems für logistische Abläufe
  • Abstimmen mit Schnittstellenpartnern wie z. B. Montage oder Logistikplanung

Anforderung an die Qualifikation

  • Studienrichtung Logistikmanagement, Logistik- und Informationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektro- und Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute bis sehr gute Studienleistungen​
  • Interesse an komplexen Abläufen in der Automobilindustrie
  • Verständnis von komplexen Logistik- und Produktionsabläufen, ggf. erste praktische Erfahrungen
  • Grundverständnis von Produktionsprinzipien wie z.B. Just-in-Time Produktion oder Lean Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Produkten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicherer Auftritt im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern
