About the Role

At IKH, we believe in investing in young talent and providing valuable opportunities for growth and development. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Project Manager Intern.

As a Project Manager Intern at iKnowHow, you will provide support in day-to-day administration and coordination of projects. The intern will gain exposure to project operations and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Update project data in internal systems, trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Ensure information is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted
  • Organize, label, and maintain physical project files and documentation
  • Provide timesheet support
  • Perform other project-related administrative tasks as assigned

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Good communication, attention in detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word & Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
