About the Role
Au sein du département Opérations Europe Parfum Beauté, vous accompagnez le pôle Supply chain performance en lien avec les marchés de la zone Europe dans les projets d’optimisation et de transformation des flux opérationnels (allocation, commandes clients, commandes d’achat, flux logistiques, suivi des achats…) dans un contexte de réorganisation et de refonte des systèmes d’information.
L'impact que vous créez chez Chanel  :
  • Gestion de projets  (planification, organisation des workshop, mise en place de planning,  suivi opérationnel,… )
  • Accompagnement du change management en formalisant des documentation (besoins métiers, procédures, supports de formation…)
  • Contribution à l’amélioration continue, l’harmonisation des pratiques & formalisation des savoirs faire en rédigeant des procédures pour les marchés et les services internes
  • Participation aux réunion de suivi de projets, communiquer les comptes rendus et suivre les actions à venir​
  • Gestion opérationnelle des flux de retours de nos marchés et de notre programme de fidélité au niveau européen.    
  • Maintenance de notre système de partage de catalogue produit avec nos clients
  • Organisation et animation de la communauté Supply Chain ainsi que du « Séminaire Supply » annuel, regroupant nos collaborateurs européens
