About the Role

Dans le cadre de la transformation de notre direction financière et pour renforcer notre excellence opérationnelle, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour accompagner notre équipe. Rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Finance et Excellence Opérationnelle, vous participerez activement au maintien de notre dispositif de contrôle interne et à la conformité de nos activités financières et transverses.

Missions principales

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

Gestion de la Conformité et Suivi Administratif

  • Assurer le suivi, l'analyse et la validation des Notes de Frais.
  • Participer à la supervision des contrôles.
  • Aider à l'archivage et à l'analyse des déviations (NON-bpx) en lien avec les process owners.

Support à l'Excellence Opérationnelle

  • Contribuer à la création et à la mise en place d'une formation à destination des nouveaux entrants.
  • Participer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques sur les processus internes auprès des équipes.

Reporting et Cartographie des Risques

  • Mener la revue des accès IT finance.
  • Assister l'équipe dans la mise à jour documentaire : cartographie des processus, matrice des risques et contrôles (Risks and Controls matrix), et mise à jour des délégations de pouvoir (DOA).

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en 3ème année (Bachelor / L3) avec une spécialisation en Finance, Audit ou Contrôle de Gestion.
  • Compétences techniques : Vous avez une bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques, particulièrement Excel, ainsi que des bases en analyse financière.
  • Soft Skills : Vous êtes rigoureux(se), doté(e) d'un bon esprit de synthèse et d'une grande capacité d'organisation. Votre proactivité et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettront de collaborer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs.
