Job Description & Summary

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
  • Support the marketing and communication team in developing event materials, invitations, and promotional content
  • Help manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor communication, and attendee registration
  • Contribute to social media updates and content creation related to events and campaigns
  • Assist in monitoring event budgets and preparing post-event reports and evaluations
  • Support communication efforts to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Conduct research on event trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and communications
