We are looking for students who can work full time (40 hours/week) and are interested to stay for permanent roles with us in the future.
Internship program duration: 11th May’ 26 – 10th Oct’26
You must be available to participate in the program in person, starting from day one and for its full duration.
We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Individually Managed Accounts (IMA) team.
IMA (Gestioni Patrimoniali) manages clients’ investment mandates on an individual, tailored basis. Our work focuses on the full lifecycle of the mandate - from opening to daily maintenance, up to revocation - ensuring smooth operational support for both retail and institutional clients.
🔍 What you will be responsible for
As an intern, you will support the team in key back‑office activities, including:
- Processing and verifying client instructions
- Investigating and resolving instruction exceptions
- Managing and updating client reference data
- Supporting inheritance and succession processes
- Assisting in pledge management
- Collaborating with asset managers and distributors on operational queries

Education and Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should be:
Enrolled in full time or part time education at undergraduates in the penultimate year of degree in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related.
Italian language is must.
What happens next?
Our recruitment team in India will review your application. Applicants selected to move forward in the process will have a telephonic interview with the recruitment team. Applicants successful after the telephonic interview will be offered the 5 months internship.
Minimum Salary:
zł60,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
