The role involves developing new and innovative concepts for crank-angle-resolved analysis of internal combustion engine processes and advancing two-stroke gasoline engines for higher efficiency and adaptation to new requirements regarding consumption and emissions using regenerative fuels. Responsibilities also include designing and adapting optical measurement technology, and independently planning, executing, and evaluating test series on the engine test stand.

About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Ausarbeiten von neuen und innovativen Konzepten zur kurbelwinkelaufgelösten Analyse der innermotorischen Abläufe im Verbrennungsmotor
  • Weiterentwickeln unserer Zweitakt-Ottomotoren zu höheren Wirkungsgraden sowie deren Anpassung an neue Anforderungen bzgl. Verbrauch, Emissionen und Betrieb neuen regenerativen Kraftstoffen
  • Konstruieren und Adaptieren von optischer Messtechnik am Versuchsträger
  • Eigenständiges Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten von Versuchsreihen am Motorenprüfstand
  • Untersuchen am Verbrennungsmotorenprüfstand

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Laufendes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder ähnliches
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
  • Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für Verbrennungsmotoren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
