About the Role
Responsibilities

The Intern will develop and apply foundational skills within their area of study while working under the guidance of a supervisor. This role focuses on learning through hands-on experience, supporting routine assignments, and building professional competencies in a structured environment.

The Intern will perform entry-level technical, administrative, business, or customer service tasks of limited scope and complexity. Responsibilities include applying basic knowledge to complete assignments, resolving routine issues, and delivering high-quality support. The Intern will gain familiarity with the work environment, organizational processes, and industry standards while managing a manageable workload. Guidance and support will be provided for more complex or non-standard tasks.

 

The Intern will also learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements while working under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial analysis and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) projects and tasks
  • Assist with data tracking and reporting, including capturing meeting notes and developing materials using Microsoft Office tools
  • Collaborate with team members on ILS-related efforts
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to data management for assigned projects
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor level degree in Business Administration (BA), Finance, Marketing, Project/Program Management (PM), or related field
  • Junior or Senior standing preferred
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 and higher preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial monitoring and analysis; Willingness to learn Project/Program Management (PM)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Exposure to financial software or other analytical tools preferred
  • Ability to learn technical software systems quickly

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Project
  • Inventory management or financial management exposure
  • Leadership experience through campus organizations or previous work
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks and provide accurate information
  • Driven and quick learner
  • Reliable and adaptable to changing environments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent team player with collaborative mindset
  • Versatile and able to handle multiple tasks with sufficient status tracking

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $23.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
