Job Overview
Provides administrative and program support by entering and maintaining participant data in Cerner applications while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. Assists with workshop facilitation and engages directly with participants through phone and in person communication to provide information, support, and resource connections. Contributes to team meetings, marketing initiatives, and offsite events while supporting overall program coordination and outreach efforts.

Family Success Centers are community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering places where community residents go for family support, interactive workshops, activities, and groups. Family Success Centers are beautiful spaces designed to bring the community together to build relationships, strengthen the community and the families in it. They are places where residents and volunteers share their time and talent to build community capacity and enrich the lives of community members, and make families and neighborhoods stronger. A variety of family friendly events take place each month. We offer fun and educational workshops and activities, connection to resources, and volunteer opportunities. All services are free and open to all families in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain participant information accurately within Cerner applications
- Assist with facilitating workshops focused on strengthening protective factors for families
- Engage directly with participants by answering and making phone calls to provide support and information
- Respond to inquiries and connect participants with appropriate resources
- Attend team meetings and contribute to program planning and coordination
- Support marketing efforts, including content creation and outreach initiatives
- Input and track program data to ensure accurate reporting and documentation
- Participate in offsite events and provide on site support as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursing Bachelors Degree
- Complete 10hrs-15hrs a week
- Schedule can be flexible
- Days - Open hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9-5pm, Tues 11-7pm
