Role and Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and update of IT and Cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures;
• Contribute to the mapping of IT controls against frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT;
• Monitor regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, DORA, GDPR) and support compliance activities;
• Assist in the collection and maintenance of compliance evidence, ensuring audit readiness;
• Support internal and external audits, including evidence preparation and follow-up actions;
• Contribute to IT risk identification, governance reporting, and dashboards;
• Support the continuous improvement of control processes and documentation.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field (final-year student or recent graduate);
• Interest in IT Governance, Cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance;
• Basic knowledge of standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT (plus);
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach to documentation and processes;
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams;
• Motivation to learn and grow in regulated technology environments.
