Role and Responsibilities

• Support the administration of Windows Server and Linux environments, including accounts, permissions, services, and patch management;
• Collaborate in Identity and Access Management activities using tools such as Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta;
• Assist with Microsoft Intune operations, including compliance policies and endpoint management;
• Participate in Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for core systems, infrastructure services, and operational alerts;
• Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and Knowledge Base articles;
• Develop and execute automation scripts (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash);
• Support infrastructure security and governance practices.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Systems, or a related field (final-year student or recent graduate);
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security principles;
• Analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and structured problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow technically.
