About the Role

Reporting to the Safety Program Manager, this position will work closely with our HSE team to help keep things organized, support ongoing projects, and contribute to creating clear and engaging safety materials


How You’ll Add Value

  • Actively contribute to the safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment. 
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assisting with software updates and data entry
  • Creating presentations, graphics, and visual safety communications
  • Updating documents and helping maintain consistency across materials
  • Tracking data and assisting with reports and dashboards
  • Supporting the development of training material


What You Bring

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Canva or similar tools is an asset
  • Strong writing, formatting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create clean, professional-looking visuals and presentations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communications or graphic design experience is a bonus, but not required
